Lucie Caswell is an experienced music business executive and senior rights negotiator. She has worked across the industry, from independent music publishers and studios to time in digital licensing for PRS and subsequently, negotiating on the other side of the table for digital services. Lucie ran her own licensing and development company working for clients ranging from Deezer to the BRIT Awards, Amnesty International and Sony Music. She also focused significant work on developing media initiatives for youth emancipation, behaviour change and social impact.
Lucie is currently the Chief Policy Officer & General Manager at the Music Publishers’ Association, that supports publishers and promotes the value of publishing to the wider music industry, creative industry, government and general public.
Lucie moonlights as a member of the management Team of the Palestine Music Expo (PMX), the first major international music event and music development programme in the Occupied Territories. She is an advocate, negotiator, egalitarian, music lover.
