Martin Nedvěd runs Studio Fontana in Prague, the leading production music publisher and sub-publisher in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. Studio Fontána is a family business founded by Martin’s parents in the early 90´s. Consequently, Martin has held numerous positions at the company from an early age. Martin holds a law degree and practiced in a leading Czech law firm specializing in copyright law. Martin is currently chairman of the supervisory board of the Czech neighbouring rights society INTERGRAM and chairman of the Production Music Committee previously known as EPMA. Martin focuses on improving the functioning of collective management societies, the use of technology in all aspects of the business, and the proliferation of knowledge and protection of neighbouring rights in the production music context. His latest project is NRG Agency, a neighbouring rights collection agency that helps production music composers and musicians collect their neighbouring rights royalties worldwide.
