Hedvika has been working in the music industry since 2006. Between 2014 – 2017, she was an executive producer of České hrady.cz festival, Moravské hrady.cz, Slovenské hrady.sk, and Kašpárkohraní. From 2018 to 2019, she worked on managing and booking bands Myda Rabycad, Klára Vytisková, N.O.H.A., Noisy Pots under the 420 Production. She was engaged in booking in the Czech Republic and abroad, management, music distribution, and publishing.
She also cooperates with StillKing films, where she participated in the Carnival Row project. In 2019, under the agency Charmenko, she did production for two concerts of Ed Sheeran in Prague. Since 2020, she cooperates with Brainzone, where she is starting a booking department. She deals with booking in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, but through Brainzone International connections and her own, she also has a significant overlap abroad
